Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms
Full Refund: Cancellations made 5 or more days before check-in date qualify for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations 5+ days before check-in: Full Refund
  • Cancellations 3–4 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment
  • Cancellations 1–2 days before check-in: No refund on advance payment
  • No-show: No refund; booking will be forfeited
Refund Process

All eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • UPI / Net Banking: Refund credited within 5–7 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: Refund credited within 7–10 business days (as per your bank's processing time)
  • Cash Payments: Refunds for cash bookings are issued at the hotel front desk or via bank transfer upon request
  • Refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email and phone number
  • If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact us immediately
To initiate a cancellation and refund, contact us via WhatsApp or call our front desk with your Booking Reference number. Refunds are processed only after written confirmation from the hotel.
How to Request a Cancellation
Check-in & Check-out Policy
  • Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in subject to availability (charges may apply)
  • Late check-out requests must be made by 8:00 AM on checkout day
  • Guests arriving before 6:00 AM will be charged for the previous night
Payment Policy
  • Advance payment required to confirm all bookings
  • Remaining balance due at check-in
  • Accepted: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash
  • GST applicable on all room rates as per government regulations
Extra Bed Policy
  • Extra bed charges: ₹600 – ₹1,000 per night (season dependent)
  • Maximum one extra bed per room
  • Must be requested at time of booking
  • Subject to availability
General Hotel Policies
  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID)
  • The hotel is a non-smoking property (smoking permitted in designated areas only)
  • Pets not permitted on the premises
  • Outside food and beverages subject to hotel discretion
  • The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation
