By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any service provided by SK Legacy Hotel (“the Hotel”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of the hotel's website and accommodation services.

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and a booking confirmation from the hotel
• The hotel reserves the right to decline any reservation at its discretion
• Rates quoted are per room per night and are subject to applicable GST as per Government of India regulations
• The hotel is not responsible for bookings made through unauthorised third-party agents or fraudulent websites
• Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking

• An advance payment is required to confirm all bookings
• The remaining balance is due at check-in
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash
• All prices are inclusive of GST at applicable rates
• The hotel is not liable for any banking charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by the guest
• In case of payment failure, please contact us directly before attempting another transaction

Our cancellation and refund terms are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Key points:

• Cancellations 5+ days before check-in: Full refund
• Cancellations 3–4 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations 1–2 days before check-in or no-show: No refund
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all adult guests (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport)
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid identification is not provided
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges
• Guests must vacate the room by the check-out time; late departure may result in an additional night charge

• Guests are responsible for their behaviour and that of their accompanying guests and children
• Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest's account
• The hotel is a non-smoking property; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
• Pets are not permitted on the premises
• Loud music, disruptive behaviour, or any activity that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited
• Outside food and beverages are subject to the hotel's discretion and corkage policy
• Illegal activities on hotel premises will result in immediate eviction and may be reported to law enforcement

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation for guests who violate these terms or conduct themselves in a manner deemed inappropriate
• In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, property damage, overbooking error), the hotel may relocate guests to a comparable or superior property at no additional cost
• The hotel reserves the right to amend room rates, policies, and services at any time with or without prior notice on the website

• The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or front-desk valuables storage
• The hotel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• The hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of amenities such as internet, power, or water supply, as these may be subject to local infrastructure conditions
• We are not responsible for any third-party services including travel, transportation, or activities arranged independently by guests

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SK Legacy Hotel and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
