What is the check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
Is advance payment required to confirm a booking?

Yes, advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations made 5 or more days before check-in. Partial refund (50%) for 3-4 days notice. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours.
What ID documents are required at check-in?

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Voter ID.
Is 24-hour hot water available?

Yes, all rooms at SK Legacy Hotel are equipped with 24-hour hot water supply.
Are extra beds available?

Yes, extra beds can be arranged for ₹600–₹1,000 per night depending on the season. Please request at the time of booking.
What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash. QR code payment is also available.
Is parking available at the hotel?
